At Sensors & Modules, we stand by the quality of our electronic components and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, anti-static packaging. If your module is defective or doesn't meet your project requirements, we are here to help with a swift exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific sensor or module you wish to return and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the components back into their original anti-static bags and secure them in a padded mailer or box to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement module within 3 to 5 business days.
